Our qPCR Equipment

For qPCR we employ the Applied Biosystems 7500 Real-Time PCR System which simultaneously measures more than one fluorescence wavelength per well. Thus, endogenous controls can be run either as parallel reactions in separate wells or within the same well as the sample.
