Vaccines
We offer bioanalytical services for vaccines covering the bioanalytical needs from pre-clinical to clinical development.
Our team has vast experience with in-vitro opsonophagocytic assays (OPAs) with antibody and complement to mediate opsonophagocytic killing using human promyelocytic leukemia cell lines. Human promyelocytic leukemia cell lines represent a unique in-vitro model to assess the cellular and molecular events associated with differentiation of normal and leukemic granulocyte/monocyte/macrophage lineage cells, which leads to phagocytosis.
IBR Inc. has broad experience in characterizing the efficacy of pneumococcal vaccines by assessment of opsonin-dependent phagocytosis (opsonophagocytic killing of bacteria).
The differentiation of promyelocytic cells is carefully monitored by flow cytometric analysis of differentiation markers – read more
Assessment of secreted cytokines is performed by cytometric bead array (CBA) or by Enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISpot) analysis for characterization of rare cell populations or for single cell analysis. – read more
The phagocytosis assays of IBR Inc. include Antibody Dependent Cellular Phagocytosis (ADCP) assays - read more
